SSP can use texting to respond to a missed call, voicemail, or request for information about a property for ease of communication with the potential tenant. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Message frequency varies. Message and Data Rates may apply. Contact your carrier with questions about charges and rates that may apply.

Star State Properties Alerts

SSP Text Alerts may start by completing your rental application, regarding your rental status, requested information, and/or community updates. The service is a recurring message program. Consent is not required for purchase. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Message frequency varies. Message and Data Rates may apply. Contact your carrier with questions about charges and rates that may apply.

STOP Information

Text STOP to stop receiving SMS messages from SSP Alerts. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
